Yes, I offer in-prerson sessions in a fully equipped gym in East London (Leytonstone). During each session, I'll guide you through a structured plan built around your goals. I'll show you proper form, correct your technique and make sure you're actually working the muscles you want to grow!
Online coaching isn't just me sending you a random workout plan and disappearing. It's very personal. You'll get a structured plan built around your goals, eating habits, schedule and even your current confidence in the gym. We stay in touch with check ins so I can adjust things as you progress, plus you can reach out to me at anytime when you need support.
In-person sessions are more hands-on. I'm there to guide every exercise, correct incorrect form, teach you different movements and talk you through your workout plan so you always know which muscles you're working and why.
Absolutely! You don't need any prior experience. I'll teach you everything from the right form and movement pattern to understanding which muscles you're working so feel confident and make real progress from day one
